How does the free trial work?+
If you have a Stream Wave trial pass code, enter it during signup. Your dashboard will show your trial status and the date your paid plan begins.
When am I billed?+
Stream Wave billing renews on the 1st of each month. If you sign up mid-month, your first payment may be prorated for the remaining days of the month, and your regular monthly plan price begins on the next 1st. Plan upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?+
Standard includes managed setup, dashboard access, and support up to 1080p where available. Premium adds priority setup support, faster handling, and enhanced quality support including 1080p and up to 4K where available.
Is Stream Wave secure?+
Yes. Stream Wave is built around secure account access, protected billing through Stripe, and privacy-conscious setup support.
